Everyone was kind and polite. Very good breakfast, big variety of food. Amazing facility for kids (we had 3 and 6 year old). I like that there was filtered water next to the lift and special glass bottle in the room to take water to room.

The room was nice, super clean. Enough space for two people. Bed was very comfy and spacious. I got a free upgrade to executive room, which was appreciated. It's walking distance to the old town. Good supermarkets around and easy access to public transportation.

The breakfast was rich with a wide variety that meets everyone's needs. Very warm atmosphere at the entrance of the hotel and everything was spotlessly clean. The room included a lot of facilities like kettle for preparing hot beverages like coffee or tea, clothes' iron, hairdryer and safe box.

The hotel is in the good location, you have local shops very close to hotel,public transport as well. We love kids entertainment and soft play for them. The hotel is modern and clean,staff was polite and helpful. Room was OK,with coffee machine and little fridge and safe box. They even gave us ear plugs just in case outside was too noisy.

The hotel is located in the heart of the developing financial district, 10 minutes from the main railway station, and about 20 minutes from the market square. The hotel has recently undergone a general renovation and many things smell new. In the room, decorated in a very classic style, I found two large and comfortable beds, pleasant shades of grey, a large TV, a carafe for fresh water instead of plastic bottles, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub (I had the option of choosing a bathtub or a shower at the reception). The check-in process was pleasant and efficient, even though the hotel was busy that day. I recommend it, one of the best Novotel I have stayed in in recent years.

English was okay. There is an ice cream cart near the restaurant. There is a little hide and seek game for children with a small prize at the end

- Well-equipped fitness center - Glass water bottle and fill stations featuring both still and sparkling water at each elevator were a nice touch - Excellent value

The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable. The room was of a good size and there was a nice view from the room in the 10th floor across the city. The bathroom had enough counter space. The room had sufficient seating and table areas. I enjoyed that the mini bar was free and there were water dispensers on the corridor.

Breakfast is definitely the best I’ve ever experienced for affordable hotel. Amazing selection of food. I was truly wowed. Staff was lovely and helpful, very professional.

Great service everywhere - reception (great welcome), at the bar (we asked for a corkscrew and got our open wine in an ice bucket with bocals and smile;-) During the breakfast, all staff were very helpful and nice, helped us to make pancakes and waffle. And when I told the receptionist (after she asked if everything is ok?) the water in our sink flows slowly (but it didn't bother us and I just recommend to fix it after) It was fixed right away.
